Literally minutes from the best swimming and snorkeling beaches in Rarotonga, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is stylish & comfortable. Great value, Kayne’s House is set in tranquil surroundings. The bedrooms have king-size beds which can be split into singles. One bedroom is located upstairs, open plan in a mezzanine type arrangement. Two bedrooms and the bathroom are located downstairs. One of the bedrooms downstairs has an ensuite bathroom.
There are plenty of comfortable sofas to relax on in the spacious living areas. Indoors, the dining table seats eight and the fully equipped kitchen includes stove, fridge/freezer and microwave.. Windows are screened and pedestal fans add to your comfort. The flat screen TV is good for those nights in or for entertaining the family! There is a small sound system for those who prefer listening to music. A deck, BBQ, loungers and outdoor dining furniture give a relaxed outdoor living space, while the grassed area is great for sporting activities.
There’s wifi access too! Credit needs to be purchased.

September 20/9/18 our family of 5 adults stayed for 10days at Kaynes House.
This was our first time holidaying at this great property.
On arrival we found the house to be spotless and welcoming.
The 3 king size bedrooms were spacious, airy and very comfortable. Made especially special as the huge en-suite was large enough to have a party in it.
Having another bathroom was great.
The kitchen, dining area large with modern fridge freezer, washing machine by back door and sliding doors all opening out to covered decks bought the outside in especially fun with the bbq right by the pool and plenty of outdoor furniture allowed us to relax together.
I would recommend this property to anyone.

Had a fantastic time here. We also rented the neighbouring house as well, rosians house which was great for two families. Awesome snorkeling just down the road. Nothing is ever too far in Raro however this house offered us a great space with a pool to play and cool down. Great configuration gives space and privacy. If you do bring or buy food the kitchen is well equipped and appointed to cook like you do at home. Big decks also help with entertaining.

Kayne’s house is such a gorgeous breath of fresh air. Convenient for families as it has everything you need at your fingertips and lots of house & bed space available. It was very spotless & tidy upon my arrival and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a easy breazy & beautiful accommodation. I will definitely be back in the near future and for an added bonus, Charlies cafe and fruits of rarotonga are within walking distance amongst the awesome beach…
