We are often asked for accommodation for larger groups. It’s something we do well! Whether it’s booking one small resort, a group of villas on one site, or a number of houses in one area – look no further!

Paradise Holiday Homes

Sleep up to 32 in four spacious 4 Bedroom Villas. South Side.

4 lovely four bedroom Villas on the south side, each with its own pool. There’s loads of space for all and you’re not far from Titikaveka beach on the south side for snorkeling. You’ll find your own BBQ & deck furniture on the spacious pool deck. The owner’s attention to detail and focus on guest comfort ensures a very high standard of accommodation. Windows are insect screened, the kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, gas hob, you’ll have a laundry, two bathrooms & WIFI coverage (credit needs to be purchased).

Also available for groups of more than 32 – a three bedroom house adjacent (by special arrangement).

Paradise Holiday Homes are great value – $480 per night for 5 or fewer nights and $420 for 6 or more per villa.

Tina’s Holiday Houses

Sleep up to 16 in four lovely houses, or up to 46 within the immediate neighbourhood.

‘Together, yet apart’ suits so many groups and families! Each house is fully independent – and right next door. It is a fabulous way to holiday. We frequently book these houses as a group for multi-generational families and for groups attending weddings or other events in Rarotonga.

The four neighbouring houses in this group include

Rosian’s House (4 bedrooms & pool)
Kayne’s House (3 bedrooms & pool)
Maunga Retreat (2 bedrooms)
Tina’s House (3 bedrooms)

Tina’s House literally backs on to Maunga Retreat and the others are all in a row, with Maunga Retreat being the closest to the beach.

Over the road and right on the beach next to Charlie’s (your local cafe & water sports depot) is Tina’s Beach House (absolute beach front, two bedrooms).

In the immediate area around Tina’s House is Lya’s Holiday House (2 bedrooms) and Lya’s Bungalows (two x 2 bedroom villas) – sleeping a total of 12, then just around the corner is Leo Mae (3 bedrooms & pool) and Sam & Tere’s Holiday House (4 bedrooms). While back a few more metres from the beach, these two houses offer a heap of space to relax and are within minutes of the shoreline.

For really large groups, Paradise Holiday Homes above is not far away.

Cook Islands Holiday Villas

Sleeps up to 32 in four 4 Bedroom Villas. West Side.

The Cook Islands Holiday Villas is a simply fabulous choice for family groups. Cook Islands Holiday Villas at Tuoro (west coast) is positioned not far from the Edgewater Resort. You’ll find four lovely, spacious 4 bedroom villas (each with two bathrooms and loads of space indoors and out) sharing a large swimming pool.

Also in this immediate area is Teva Villas (sleeps up to 8 across two 2 bedroom villas), Cook Islands Holiday Villas Blue Lagoon, which is just metres from the beach (sleeps 2), Aiai Manea (2 x downstairs 1 bedroom apartments and 2 x upstairs 3 bedroom apartments) – directly on the beach.

Pacific Breeze Raemaru, Lei Saane Villa & Arcadia Retreat.

Luxury holiday living for up to 28 people on the west side.

Holidaying in style – this is a triple accommodation option for people who love stylish holiday accommodation and want to hang out together, but not be under each other’s feet.

Pacific Breeze Raemaru is two x three bedroom villas, each with privacy and a pool on one delightful property on the west side. Pacific Breeze Raemaru sleeps up to 12 across the two villas and is near to beautiful Lei Saane Villa (two bedrooms), also a super lovely spot with a private pool – sleeps 4 and the very popular Arcadia Retreat – a small report of three 2 bedroom villas in a group sharing a pool (sleeps 12).

All three of these properties are well appointed, they are positioned on the west side, about a kilometre from the Cook Islands Holiday Villas (above) and very popular for wedding groups because of the beautiful surroundings and the stunning west facing sunsets.

For large groups, all of these properties plus all of those above can be booked – nearby bars and restaurants can be booked in advance – we are happy to help with these arrangements and anything else you may wish to include (yoga lessons, cooking lessons, deep sea fishing or spa treatments are just a few examples)

Lagoon Breeze & Heavenly Sunsets.

Cater for groups of 70 – 100 on the beach facing the western sunsets!

Lagoon Breeze Villas is a small resort on the west side, with fantastic options including studios, one bedroom villas & two bedroom villas. It is ideal for wedding groups of up to 70 and can cater for weddings on site. Families enjoy the facilities of the Lagoon Breeze Villas – there is a fabulous adventure playground and child friendly pools.

Not far away is Coral Sands Apartments – five 1-bedroom apartments and two 3-bedroom apartments – a beachfront property accommodating up to 22 people – absolutely perfect for people attending weddings.

For people preferring a larger house in this area, Sunset Quay is the one – a beautiful house – absolute beachfront plus a pool, 4 bedrooms – the house sleeps up to 8 people, it’s a totally wonderful location and is often used for weddings for the actual wedding party.

These properties, between them, can accommodate around 100 people all near one another, but all retaining some independence.
