Prices shown on this website are specified in New Zealand dollars and are correct at the time of publication but may be amended without notice. Accommodation bookings are not deemed firm until the Booking Confirmation has been agreed to by payment of deposit.

Until the deposit is paid, prices and availability remain unconfirmed.

All guests of Experience Rarotonga are agreeing to terms as shown in the Booking Confirmation – inclusive of cancellation fees and terms. These may vary from property to property, are established by the owners of the properties, and administered accordingly.

Some properties require a 50% deposit which is not refundable, please understand that this is the decision of the property owner and not of Experience Rarotonga. These properties include Cook Islands Holiday Villas Tuoro, Cook Islands Holiday Villas, Turangi, Cook Islands Holiday Villas Muri Beach Villa, Cook Islands Holiday Villas 5 Bedroom Lagoon Villa, Cook Islands Holiday Villas Blue Lagoon Villa.

During COVID-19 or any future situation where the border may be closed or partially closed, Experience Rarotonga will apply full credit to any travel dates disrupted by border closures for rebooking within 12 months of the original dates. No refund will be available.

The border must be closed at the time of your travel date and advice must be on hand from Air NZ or other airlines confirming that the flight has been canceled. This applies to all bookings made after the initial border closure in March 2020. Any bookings made prior to that date have and will be managed individually.

All guests will be required to be familiar with requirements under COOKSAFE and adhere to Cook islands Health requirements and any restrictions in place. Please ensure you pack adequate face masks and hand sanitiser in case these are required during your stay. Experience Rarotonga may be contacted to request contact details for guests on the island in the event of a covid outbreak. In the first instance, we will give the local contact number at the house, but we may also give telephone numbers if required to do so. This information will only be used for health requirements.

All payments made by credit card will incur surcharges – these vary by payment methods and are a transfer of the charge incurred by Experience Rarotonga. Our rates change as payment gate charges change.

Smoking inside the properties is not permitted at any of our properties. Guests may entertain. but must be respectful of surrounding communities.
