1. i have a friend with 5 kids, 2adult, 2teens and 1 under 10, so there is 7 all up and this place would be perfect for a 7-8 day stay for late jan 2020 so would luv to know the price please.

   plus my brothers marsters team is cumming in april for a sport tournament and there might be a bout 20plus of them would luv to know price just to pass on to them thanks

2. Rosians house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The house was very modern and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area was great for chilling. There is excellent snorkeling at the end of the street. We were regulars at Charlies Bar, again at the end of the street, which had great food and live music. The Muri night markets were 5 minutes away. We couldnt have chosen a better spot to stay. Thanks Jennie for all your information helping us with the booking.

   1. Hi we are thinking of coming 30 th August to th 18 th September there will be 6 adults of us so will need 3 bedrooms, what will be the best place to stay and a price please hopefully with a pool.

3. Had a fantastic time here. We also rented the neighbouring house as well, kaines house which was great for two families. Awesome snorkeling just down the road. Nothing is ever too far in Raro however this house offered us a great space with a pool to play and cool down. Great configuration gives space and privacy. If you do bring or buy food the kitchen is well equipped and appointed to cook like you do at home. Big decks also help with entertaining.
   Thanks to Jenni for a great service and ability to help with all our needs.

4. Kia orana Jennie – We are all home safe and sound now after a fantastic holiday in Rarotonga. Just wanted to say thank you for arranging the accommodation for our 20+ family and friends. Everyone loved the places they stayed – they were all perfect for each family. And Rosian’s House worked really well for us. There were well worn walking paths along the road between each of the houses!

   Thanks again for all your help in arranging everything over the last few months.

5. This house and the owners Steve and TIna were AMAZING!!!!!! We have just got back from 12 days at this beautiful home. The home was spacious, well equiped and so comfortable-so many of our visitors were also impressed by the layout and decor of the home. The pool was FANTASTIC and well used by all. Thank you soooo much Jenny for confirming all our arrangements, Airport transfers and putting us in touch with Polynesian Car hire-you were so great and easy to deal with.

6. We had a great time at Rosian’s House, it suited a group of girls, able to cook our own meals and lounge by the pool or enjoy the short walk to the beach. Ideal set up for a group or family. We had to change our bookings a few times and Jennie from Experience Rarotonga was very accommodating and it all worked our fantastically. Love Rarotonga!

7. We stayed at Rosians House and Kaynes House in August, 13 adults all together. What beautiful accommodation! Everything was clean and spacious and there was no shortage of plates or cutlery, despite all the people! Perfect location, close to the beach but far enough away from the main road so we could play music and hang around outside without disturbing the neighbours. Great snorkeling opposite Fruits of Rarotonga, and Charlies Cafe had the best burgers! Jennie was very accommodating and made our holiday arrangements really easy! Highly recommend! 8. Were to start..our whanau have had the best stay in paradise. The house is fantastic an had everything you could possible need to make our stay perfect. We hired Tina’s, Kaynes and Maunga Retreat for our large whanau which was ideal. We became regulars at Charles an Muri night markets. Thank you Jen for organising our airport transfers an rentals much appreciated.

9. Kia Orana, what a fantastic house, perfect size for two families. The pool was fantastic and used daily. Only a short walk to the best snorkeling spot in Rarotonga, a great eating spot at the end of the road also. Plenty of room to park the rental car or scooters.
   A soccer field right next door just in case you’re feeling active.
   Thank you Jennie for providing us with this fantastic house and thank you Steve and Tina for sorting out the Gas so quickly when needed.
   We would definitely stay here again.

10. Perfect place to stay! Accommodation is superb, location is great – best snorkeling eveeeer. Loads of towels available for a well used pool – the kids swam till 11pm each night. Muri just down the road – options are endless…Thank you Jennie – our airport transfers, rentals, and accommodation were seamless making our holiday the best!. Recommend!!!

12. OMGOSH!! We have just come back from Raro staying at this beautiful house, everything is how it looks, living area and entertainment area outside enormous and was perfect for our huge family gatherings and so clean. The pool is smaller than your average but we had at least 6-7 kids in there causing havoc everyday. The house is also close to everything, walking distance to our favourite cafe Charlies and the beaches Omgosh so so Beautiful.. Thank you loads Jenny for organising our accommodation, car etc and Steve and Tina the owners of the house who made us feel welcome. We love your work, Happy New Year. Alofa atu John, Tagi n kids xo
