An ocean-facing house with private pool – watch the sunrise! Enjoy the space! Situated in Tupapa on the east side between Avarua township and Muri Beach, this is a super popular house (exclusive to Experience Rarotonga).
This house suits ALL types of families. The pool is toddler guarded. You can enjoy the glorious view of the ocean from the living area and know children are safe to play on the large deck. Similarly, older families can spread out and make themselves at home, or head to the beach for a dip. The beach is a little rocky in this area, but is definitely swimmable. Immediately adjacent to the Pacific Breeze House is the three bedroom Pacific Breeze Retreat – for a larger group, book the Retreat also and enjoy being together and apart – there is enough space for 15 across the two houses & the Retreat has its own pool.

Pacific Breeze Retreat – Three Bedroom Villa with Pool (sleeps 7 people).
East side at Tupapa, three bedrooms & two bathrooms – a very smart villa. Beachside but not beach facing – it’s a super short distance to the beach from this lovely Villa. The beach is a little rocky at this part of the island, but is definitely fine for a quick dip and is lovely to walk along and enjoy the tranquility of the ocean. The Retreat has its own pool on site (unfenced). Spacious private accommodation – perfect for families.
Pacific Breeze Raemaru – Two 3 Bedroom Villas, Sleep 7 in each Villa. Wonderful luxurious surroundings!
These Villas are new in 2018. Situated on the west side, about 350m from the lagoon – this is a step up in every regard. Triple filtered water gives you drinking water on tap, each villa has a lovely pool and a fabulous indoor outdoor flow.
Pacific Breeze Raemaru is totally tranquil. The large gates can be closed for complete privacy – perfect for families renting both Villas. Nearby restaurants and cafes really are excellent and the mini golf is just over the road. Unless renting both Villas, the owners prefer not to host children under 12, just to ensure a tranquil environment for all guests.

Aituoterangi Bungalows – two 2 bedroom Bungalows with Pool, Sleeps up to 8 total.
These are a real hidden gem. The two Bungalows can be rented separately or together. If rented separately, the slightly larger Pool Bungalow has exclusive use of the pool. The recently refurbished Bungalows are really well appointed and are a perfect hideaway for a family group with older children – splitting the group across the two Bungalows at night, but sharing the pool spaces during the day. Beautiful Vaimaanga Beach is literally a stone’s throw away, while you enjoy the space and privacy of your own pool, poolside bar & grounds. Wigmore’s Super Store is just around the corner for supplies, Vaima Restaurant, the Yellow Hibiscus and excellent cafes are in close proximity.
