Sunset Pool Villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. For larger groups there are also two self contained Studio Villas which can be rented with the main 3 bedroom villa to make it a 5 bedroom holiday house.

A spacious, two-storey absolute beachfront villa with a private pool sits at the heart of the property. Huge indoor/outdoor living gives multiple spaces to relax and unwind, with the beach just steps away, lovely swimming, and stunning Rarotonga sunsets from the Sunset Coast. Restaurants and bars are a short walk away.
The main villa’s three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests across 4 beds: two rooms each with a king bed, and a third room with a double bed and a single bed, serviced by two bathrooms. Two additional self-contained Studio Villas sit alongside the main house, each with their own [bedroom/bathroom/kitchenette setup], giving groups their own space while staying close together.
