Iro’s Beach Villa is a beautifully presented modern villa in one of Rarotonga’s most prized beachfront locations. The two bedrooms are positioned at each end of the villa, separated by a well-equipped kitchen and a generous open-plan living and lounge area, creating a comfortable and private layout ideal for two couples or a small family.

Both king-size bedrooms feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, screened windows and direct lagoon views — so the setting follows you from the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite with separate shower, toilet and vanity.

The open living area is well set up for relaxed holiday living, with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD and stereo, and a comfortable lounge that flows seamlessly out onto the deck.

The Beachfront Deck

The living area extends directly onto a large covered verandah that runs the full width of the villa, right on the lagoon’s edge. This is where Iro’s Beach Villa truly comes into its own — the views are among the very best on the island, with uninterrupted outlooks across the turquoise waters of the Titikaveka lagoon.

The two properties sit side by side and can be combined for larger groups or extended families wanting to share one of Rarotonga’s best addresses.

Bedrooms (2) Two king-size beds (can be split into singles). Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, screened and have lagoon views. Extra bedding available.

Bathrooms (2) Two private ensuites, each with separate shower, toilet and vanity. Bathroom linen provided.

Laundry Washing machine, laundry tub, ironing equipment.

Titikaveka & South Coast Location

Iro’s Beach Villa sits directly on Titikaveka Beach, one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on Rarotonga’s south coast. The area is known for its relaxed atmosphere, crystal-clear lagoon and easy access to many local favourites.

Nearby you will find Fruits of Rarotonga, one of the island’s most popular snorkelling beaches, and Charlie’s Café & Beach Hire for casual beachfront dining. Guests also enjoy visiting Maire Nui Gardens & Café, dining at Moana Sands Restaurant or Little Polynesian Resort, and stopping at roadside fruit stalls for fresh tropical produce. For groceries and everyday supplies, Wigmore’s SuperStore in Vaima’anga is conveniently close by.

Tariff

NZ$385 per night for 1–2 guests Minimum stay: 5 nights

Additional guests:

  • Adults – NZ$50 per person per night
  • Children – NZ$25 per person per night

Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults.

Rates are inclusive of local taxes and exclude airport transfers. Experience Rarotonga can assist with airport transfers and on-island transport bookings at client rates if required.
