Now upgraded with solar air-conditioning units in both bedrooms — a thoughtful and sensible addition alongside air-con in the living area, keeping guests cool and comfortable throughout the home.

Great indoor/outdoor living flows from the open-plan interior to a spacious private backyard, complete with outdoor dining table and chairs, loungers, BBQ and mountain views — perfect for enjoying the outdoors day or night.

  1. We had the most amazing first holiday in Rarotonga! Heaven on earth! Mauna Retreat was perfect. The house is super clean, well appointed and in a wonderful quiet street, close to Charlie’s, Little Polynesian and the best beaches!   2. We have just arrived home after spending 4 wonderful weeks at Maunga. Everything about this accommodation is first class. As soon as you arrive you feel like you are on holiday. Modern kitchen, bathroom and comfortable beds make for a relaxing holiday. Everything is provided, with plenty of towels, linen etc. The new outdoor setting is wonderful. A great place to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and unwind. Thankyou Jenni for making our holiday memorable. We will definitely be back.

  3. Very well appointed, spacious, private, clean, modern home, great outdoor living with bbq. Comfortable beds with good quality linen, insect screens on all the windows, opens well to the air. Two minute walk to a good beach for swimming, Charlies Cafe four minutes walk, great smoothies and food. About midway between Wigmores supermarket and the bright lights of Muri Beach. A great place to stay and we even got used to the roosters who have confused ideas about the timing of the dawn chorus. Highly recommended. Thank you Tina, we can’t wait to come back. Just loved it.
